Gaining Access to GBF Intranet
If you have never logged onto the GBF Intranet Wiki, you must:

1.To access GBF Intranet, you must type the following address in the address bar:  intranet.greatbooks.org.
2.To  login, you will need a username and password. Your username is the same as your Novell User ID. However the password will be assigned to you. Click on the “Forgot your password” link located below the “Login” button near the center of the page.     
3.Enter your Great Books email address and the password will be sent to you.
4.Once you have received your password, return to the login screen by clicking the “Return to login form” link.
5.Now you can login using your Novell User ID as your username and using the password emailed to you from the previous step as your password.
6.If your username and password were correct, you will see the message “You're logged in”, in the left column of the page. If your login information was incorrect, make sure you typed in your password and username correctly.
7.In the tab menu, click on the Profile tab.Here you can make changes to your account. (e.g. First/Last Name, D.O.B, address)
8.The first 2 fields are the password fields. This is where you must enter your new password in the first box, and again in the second box.
9.If done making changes, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “Update Profile Now!”  button.
10.On the next page, the fields are no longer available for entering information. If you would like to save your changes, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “Update Profile Now!” button. Otherwise, click the “Back to form” button.
11.If you chose to save your settings, you will return to the home page. If not, you may continue to make changes to your profile.
